At MVF I had the opportunity to learn a lot of new skills. First and foremost is Teamwork. It allowed me to view situations from different perspectives, and I learned that shared commitment is integral to success. I also witnessed how critical it is to empower teammates and provide them with an opportunity to grow and learn.

Focusing on relationship building is another important skill. This is possible if I stay authentic and I am present fully.

All these different learnings have helped me to develop both my soft skills as well as my professional skills.

I truly appreciate the opportunities that MVF has given me to enhance my skills and for helping enhance the skills of many people and children out there.

Joining MVF, I embarked on a journey to use social media for advocating children's development and welfare. My previous volunteer experience with MVF, working directly with kids on the ground, provided invaluable insights. It helped me understand their needs firsthand and shaped my approach to tackling challenges like content relevance and platform algorithms. Adapting strategies for authentic messaging and deeper community connections, I spearheaded campaigns that sparked conversations, raised awareness on critical issues, and supported educational initiatives. Looking ahead, I remain committed to advancing our impact by embracing new social media trends, innovating storytelling, and collaborating effectively with stakeholders.

At MVF I had the opportunity to learn a lot of skills that helped me to see myself and others from a new perspective. MVF has taught me that one must have a clear vision to reach our desired goal, have strong communication skills to present ideas in a crisp and clear way, and operate from a place of empathy to connect with students and the team I'm working with in a way that makes them realize that we all care about each other ideologies. All the skills I learned from MVF have helped me a lot to grow as a person. From being an introvert to communicating with different people at different levels. All the skills have boosted my confidence level.I would like to thank MVF for giving me the opportunity to not just empower myself but also helping me to empower the students of my village .

I have been working with MVF for the last 5 months and I think I got the best opportunity for myself. I was looking to work with small children because they are in their initial stage of development. I wanted to support them for their future and now through MVF I am able to give them direction. I am happy to help them grow in all areas of their life.

I learned a lot of new things from the MVF program. One of the top skills that I've learned is communication. I learned how to communicate with children, the team and other people. I learned teamwork and how to accomplish tasks together as a team. I also learned time management given that we need to complete our targets within a set time duration.

Working with MVF is really exciting. Interacting with students every weekend makes me look forward to the coming weekend even more. Through my volunteering experience with MVF, I have learned how to increase children's interest in subjects through questioning rather than scolding them. I have acquired many skills, such as teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and project management, while volunteering at MVF. Overall, it has been a great part of my college life.

MVF has taught me a lot just in these three months. There are various skills that I have learned. First and most important one that I've learned is teamwork. It has been rewarding to intereact with young minds. While working with the students, I have learned project management skills and also learned how to take a lot more responsibility. I learned how to connect with more people and this has helped me to build networking and communication skills. Time management is another skill which I gained while working with MVF
All these skills are going to be with me throughout my lifetime. I can experience a change in my self and I am very proud to be a part of some thing which is contributing to a social change.

Ever since I started working with MVF, I have seen a lot of change in myself. I first worked with MVF as a volunteer and then I started my internship. My confidence has increased a lot with time. I have seen my communication skills have become stronger. These have led to positive changes in my life. This has been possible because of MVF.

At MVF, I've learned several skills. The skill that I developed the most was patient listening.
For the past 3 months, MVF has provided me the opportunity to interact with students. Through regularly guiding students in their projects, I acquired the traits of being a good listener. I listened actively to the problems shared by children & also insights about how they can move their projects forward. I learned to do this patiently without wanting to speak myself.
Apart from this, another skill which I learned by volunteering with MVF is how to act as a team member for achieving a desired goal.
MVF is playing a very significant role in improving and nurturing my development through opportunities to learn life skills.
